Baoshen Chain Plate Continuous Drying Kiln Introduction

The chain plate type fast drying kiln is a new type of drying equipment for double-fired brick adobe developed by Shaanxi Baoshen Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. (patent number: ZL201821820625.2). The chain plate type fast drying kiln overcomes the complex problems in the cumbersome drying process of the traditional upper and lower shelf cutting code transportation system, simplifies the production process, improves the drying quality and efficiency, reduces the drying energy consumption, has less investment, and is suitable for a variety of significant advantages of the product.
Baoshen chain plate type rapid drying kiln is mainly composed of four parts: wet billet marshalling system, drying circulation system, temperature detection & control system and dry billet unloading system.
This equipment adopts multi-stage independent PID control, the drying atmosphere is uniform, the chain plate conveying speed can be adjusted by frequency, the operation is stable, and the best drying effect is achieved.
